Life Gate Church is a church made up of people learning to love and growing in Jesus Christ. Every week, we join together in praise, worship, love, ministry to one another, and relevant teaching. Our passion is to teach God’s word. Teaching God’s word is where we feel we excel.

Our mission is to teach God’s word in a relevant way that will save your soul.
James 1:21  So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the message God has planted in your hearts, for it is strong enough to save your souls.

What is a Life Gate Church service like?

Our services begin at 11:00 a.m. Sunday mornings and have three primary parts. First, there is exuberant praise and worship in a contemporary form with a live band. Next, there is a time for ministry. Prayer partners will pray with all who have needs. During this time spiritual gifts operate decently and in order. People will go to altars to pray and receive communion, which is always available. After all desiring have received ministry, senior pastor Delbert Young will share directly from the Bible giving people an opportunity to receive Jesus and respond to God's word. Our service is scheduled to last one hour.

What About Children?

A nursery with skilled workers (at least two) take wonderful care of children from infant age to two years old during the entire service. Toddlers and children remain in the church service until Pastor Young begins teaching. At that time, they are released and escorted to their classes where they are taught biblical principles using Kidmo material (www.kidmo.com).

Is there anything for Older Students?

Students and teens remain in the sanctuary during the teaching and meet on Sunday evenings in Life Elevation. They develop relationships and have biblical teaching designed specifically for them. During the year they go on several trips and camps.
