What Do I Do With These Kids???
Edward, Duke of Windsor was quoted as saying "The thing that impresses me most about America is the way the parents obey their children." Parents, do you lead your children and home or are your children leading you? The Word of God is clear on this point. The Lord places responsibility of training children upon the parent. In fact I cannot find a verse that places the responsibility on the Church. The Church should only reinforce what your child is being taught at home.
If you are a parent. The most important thing you do is lead your children. You may have a very important and vital career, but your most important job is to be a mother or father who leads your children in the way they should go.
The very first place you should lead your children is to God. |
