Stay in the Game
We are not responsible for what others do to us. We are responsible for what we do to others.
Many times in your life you will be tempted to throw your hands up and walk away from something. That something may be your job, school, church, or worse of all your family. Sometimes it just gets too hard and too complicated to stay in the “GAME OF LIFE.”
Have you ever watched a baseball game, or some other sport, and observed an injured player remain determined to stay in the game and finish? That is what God wants you to do. Sometimes you have to “PLAY HURT.”
1st Corinthians 16:13 tells us - Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. In other words, don’t give up! The good work that the Lord began in you, He will finish if you will “STAY IN THE GAME.” |
