Leave Your Mark
I love being a source of hope to people. I love
changed lives and absolutely love being an instrument used by God
to help change a life for the better. I love righteousness and
honesty. I have learned, in my over a half-century of life, that
those two traits always profit my life. I have learned that doing the
right thing always results in the Lord swooping into my life when
I cry “SOMBODY SAVE ME” with His SUPERHERO ability and saving me from
destruction. And, because of what I have learned, I have learned to
NEVER give up.
I especially love to be an encouragement and
cheerleader for the next generation. There is nothing that makes my “Journey
Sweeter as the Days Go By” than to have someone of the next
generation, tell me I have been an instrument of the Lord to help
them on their journey. When they tell me, “You have
“Left Your Mark” on my life,” well, who can describe that feeling!
That just happened to me recently and I am still encouraged by it.
I want to encourage you today to “Leave Your
Mark.” Make a positive difference in the lives of people you
encounter on your journey. In the words of my Dad…ALWAYS LEAVE A
TRAIL…..
